Pixel 10 Pro, Pro XL Leak Key Features Ahead of August Launch

Google’s Pixel 10 Pro and Pixel 10 Pro XL have surfaced in a series of leaks, providing a detailed picture of what users may expect from the upcoming flagship duo. Although the official launch timeline remains undisclosed, industry insiders suggest that an August reveal is increasingly likely.

According to newly published information by Android Headlines, the Pixel 10 Pro lineup will feature Google’s new Tensor G5 chipset. The chipset, designed in-house, is expected to power both models alongside configurations that offer up to 16GB of RAM. Internal storage options may range from 128GB to 1TB, depending on the model. While the Pixel 10 Pro is expected to start at 128GB, the Pro XL may begin at 256GB.

Display specifications include LTPO OLED panels with 120Hz refresh rates and peak brightness up to 3,000 nits. The Pixel 10 Pro will reportedly sport a 6.3-inch display, while the larger Pro XL could extend to 6.8 inches. Both devices are said to be shielded with Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 on both sides.

In terms of optics, the rear camera system is expected to continue the setup used in the Pixel 9 series. It is likely to include a 50MP primary sensor, 48MP ultra-wide lens, and a 48MP telephoto lens offering 5x optical zoom. Macro functionality could be integrated into both the ultra-wide and telephoto cameras. For selfies, a 42MP front-facing camera may be introduced.

Battery specifications suggest moderate upgrades. The Pixel 10 Pro is rumoured to pack a 4,870mAh battery—an improvement over the Pixel 9 Pro’s 4,700mAh. The Pixel 10 Pro XL might feature a 5,200mAh battery, making it potentially the most powerful in the Pixel series to date. Enhanced thermal efficiency is also anticipated due to a larger vapour chamber.

Charging performance appears set for an upgrade as well. The Pixel 10 Pro is likely to support 29W wired charging, while the Pro XL model could deliver 39W speeds. Both phones are expected to support 15W wireless charging.

While design renders remain scarce, reports indicate that both models may retain a form factor similar to their predecessors, with durability and screen quality taking center stage. Color options for the Pixel 10 series are still under speculation.
